How to request account deletion

Data we delete

When an eligible account deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with the app account, such as:

• Account profile details, such as name, mobile number, email address, and saved address details.
• App account preferences and saved app settings linked to the account.
• Product inquiry details, saved product interests, and support messages linked to the account, where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
• Device notification tokens or app identifiers linked only to that account, where applicable.

Data we may keep and retention period

Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons. This may include:

• Invoice, payment, order, or accounting records, retained as required by applicable law and business record obligations.
• Security logs, fraud prevention records, or abuse prevention records, normally retained for up to 180 days unless a longer period is required for investigation or legal reasons.
• Backup copies that may contain deleted data for a limited period, normally up to 90 days, before being overwritten or removed through normal backup cycles.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify you personally.

After deletion

After your account is deleted, you may lose access to account features, saved information, previous account history, and personalized app services. If you use the Anmol Traders app again later, you may need to create a new account.
